Refund Policy – ChocoFluff by Taran

At ChocoFluff, every chocolate is handcrafted with care, using premium ingredients and attention to detail. Given the delicate and perishable nature of our products, we have a strict no-return and no-refund policy. However, certain exceptions may apply as outlined below:

  1. Final Sale of Products
    All sales are final, and no returns will be accepted or refunds initiated unless we, at our sole discretion, deem it appropriate.
    Due to the perishable nature of chocolates, once an order has been dispatched or delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.
  2. Complaints & Quality Concerns
    Any complaints regarding the quality, damage, or incorrect items must be raised within 30 minutes of delivery/drop-off by providing clear photos and order details.
    Beyond this timeframe, we shall not be held liable for issues related to how the product was stored, handled, or consumed.
  3. Damaged, Melted, or Incorrect Orders
    If verified, we will offer either a replacement of the item(s) or issue a store credit valid for future purchases.
  4. Cancellations by Customer
    If a customer cancels an order for any reason, and fulfillment was possible on our end, no refunds will be issued.
    In such cases, ChocoFluff may, at its sole discretion, issue a credit note valid for 1 month from the date of the original order, amounting to the cancelled value.
  5. Event & Bulk Orders
    For weddings, corporate gifting, or large customized orders, a non-refundable advance payment is required to confirm the booking.
    Cancellations made at least 7 days prior to the event may be eligible for partial credit at our discretion.
  6. Order Cancellations
    Orders may only be cancelled within 2 hours of placement, provided production has not begun.
    Once preparation starts, cancellations or changes are not possible.
